A career in food services may be just what you’re looking for. CGS offers a nine-month training program will prepare you for employment in corporate, hospital, and university cafeterias, executive dining rooms, department store and museum eating establishments, and in selected chain restaurants. Your training will include hot and cold food preparation, counter/line service, dish room, bus person/kitchen utility work. An internship will give you the hands-on practice you need to be a success! With CGS preparation behind you, you may soon be working as:
