Transition to Careers

CGS specializes in successful transitions! Whether from school to career or welfare to work, person-centered planning provides a road map from entry-level position to long-term career development. The vocational rehabilitation process at CGS begins with a 15-day comprehensive diagnostic vocational evaluation involving situational work assessments. This is followed by a 130 to195 day training period. Our professional staff works with each person to develop an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) for success leading to gainful employment. Vocational training programs include:

  • Supported Employment: Intensive & Extended Services
